Our flag football league teaches the essential skills of the game, including running, passing, receiving, and defending, through non-contact play that promotes continuous action and teamwork. Players not only build physical skills, but also learn valuable life lessons in leadership, responsibility, and sportsmanship.

KOPPS Flag Football Divisions

Tiny Champs Division
Ages: 5–6 Co-ed
Description: Introductory division focused on fun, basic motor skills, and simple football concepts in a highly supportive environment.
Focus: Learning through play, following directions, teamwork.

Rising Stars Division
Ages: 7–8 Co-ed
Description: A developmental division where players begin understanding game flow, positions, and structured plays.
Focus: Fundamentals of passing, catching, and positioning.

Junior Elite Division
Ages: 9–10. Co-ed
Description: Players enhance their football IQ and begin more competitive play while reinforcing sportsmanship and effort.
Focus: Game strategy, formations, defensive reads.

Future Leaders Division
Ages: 11–12 Co-ed
Description: Competitive division with greater focus on leadership, play execution, and team communication.
Focus: Advanced skill building, play calling, and character development.

Varsity Prep Division
Ages: 13–14 **Not Co-ed**
Description: Pre-high school level division preparing players for more advanced football opportunities.
Focus: Speed, agility, critical thinking, and leadership on and off the field.
